Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from PAR Perfect Golf LLC (PPG):

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from PPG’s website can be returned to PPG. PPG products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all documentation that was included when you received it.

  • If the product you purchased as any power cords, adapters, or a protective case those items must be included when repackaging.

  • On a preference-based return, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. If the item you purchased arrived damaged or not as described, and you reported the issues to PPG within 3 days of delivery, PPG will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items that are ineligible for return:

  • If you have purchased a PAR Board, Shoulder Board or both the protective film must still be on the board(s) you are returning. If the protective film has been removed the item(s) are ineligible for return.

  • PPG Gift Cards are ineligible for return

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled an item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

  • Refunds on products purchased from PPG using a PPG Gift Card will be issued to you as a PPG Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you a physical PPG Gift Card by mail, ask the representative helping you.
